Raaz’s dishes are derived from traditional new-age cuisine where bread, fish, meat and game are cooked using authentic methods and techniques, sometimes involving the tandoori clay oven, a style of North West India. In addition to our al la carte and established favourites, our Executive Chef regularly devises new and seasonal dishes to keep updated menus innovative, modern and fresh!.

Fresh chicken simmered in crushed peanut, cashew and pistachio sauce, cocnut milk and sweet spices, topped with mixed walnut and pecan nuts. Really the name says it all!

One of our favourite spicy dishes. Chicken or lamb marinated in a paste made from mint, coriander, fresh green chillies then cooked with peppers, tomatoes, herbs and pickled chillies

BENGALI RUSH

A very popular Bengali dish traditionally served at weddings. Fresh chicken on the bone is marinated in yoghurt and spices and then tossed in a wok with onions, tomatoes and peppers – a very tasty dry dish.
